On Thursday, September 17, MNC will kick off the year with a virtual meeting using the GoToMeeting app which allows large numbers of people to proactively participate. Members will have the option of participating with a smart phone, tablet or laptop/desktop computer.
President Bruce Doueck will welcome back members and provide an overview and demonstration of the Go To Meeting controls, which include a chat protocol that allow members to address the entire group or to hold conversations with individuals. The GTM meeting will be available for members to join at 11:30 a.m. with the formal program beginning at noon.
Doueck will show a short video to demonstrate the program’s capability. We will also have any committee reports and discuss the possibility of having a future hybrid meeting format with some socially-distant in person gathering in addition to remote using GTM.
There will also be an open discussion using chat, email or text – whichever members are most comfortable with -- for questions, suggestions and comments.
