Concours de Elegance plans
to be discussed at MNC Jan. 20 luncheon

Plans for the forthcoming Concours de Elegance on Amelia Island will be discussed by Chris Brewer, public relations director for Amelia Concours at the Men’s Newcomers Club’s luncheon, Thursday, Jan. 20, at the Fernandina Beach Golf Club.
An avid writer and photographer, Brewer is the senior editor of Automotive Addicts, reviews vehicles and writes a weekly blog for CarFax, and is a frequent contributor to Hemmings Motor News and numerous automotive publications. He's also contributed "An Addictive Take on Cars" column for the Times-Union's Drive section for the past three years.
Brewer has a passion for vintage sports and GT cars and co-runs the monthly Automotive Addicts Cars and Coffee cruise-in with fellow Drive columnist Malcolm Hogan.
There will be a social half-hour beginning at 11:30 a.m. At noon there will be short business meeting followed by a buffet lunch.
The Club expects all attendees to be fully vaccinated and boosted from COVID 19.
To register for the meeting, click on the register box below. The Golf Club has a capacity of 100 for lunch. Once registrations have reached that limit, a waiting list will be maintained.
Cost to attend the golf club luncheon is $17 which can be paid by credit card when registering (click “Pay online”), or by clicking on “Invoice me” and sending a check to MNC PO Box 16291, Fernandina Beach, FL 32035 to arrive by Jan. 15. Given the 75 person limit for in-person attendance, members’ registrations not paid by then will be cancelled to make room for waitlisted members.
The club’s $15 dues for 2022 are payable now. Members that have not yet accepted the 2022 waiver form on the Web site will have the opportunity to sign a form at the meeting.
